Mindful Mondays: What Are Your Gifts?

Last week we introduced the sense of kinship with the natural world as an active, living relationship. Part of witnessing this relationship means recognizing the gifts we are given from our kin, and also acknowledging what gifts we can give in return.

Today’s Mindful Monday asks you to inquire: what are your gifts? What contributions do you make to protecting, loving, and living with the natural world?

You don’t have to be a self-proclaimed environmentalist to answer this question. Maybe your gift is your big heart, your sense of duty, your desire to educate others, your ability to volunteer.

Whatever it is – your gift is your superpower in this movement. Reflect on what it is you can contribute, and encourage others to see where their gifts lie in the movement for a paradigm shift.

Want to share your gifts with others? Join our Thrive: Eco Grief and Anxiety Circle – October 25th from 6-7pm PST. Find the link in our bio. 🌿Questions? Contact Brittany at brittanynecmail@gmail.com
