The Environmental Voter Project

The mission of the Environmental Voter Project is to significantly increase voter demand for environmental leadership by identifying inactive environmentalists and turning them into consistent activists and voters.  Even though millions of Americans express major concerns for progressive environmental policies, polls indicate that voters consistently rank environmental issues among their lowest concerns in every election. Research shows that a shocking number of environmentalists stay at home on Election Day. Therefore, the Environmental Voter Project focuses on getting more existing environmentalists to vote – rather than working on winning isolated elections. To sign the environmental voter pledge, get involved in voter registration, voting absentee, or volunteering, go to:  https://www.environmentalvoter.org/join-us
