Mindful☼Mondays: Reflection Prompts

This morning we’re providing some journaling prompts (or just food for thought, if you don’t have the time to sit and journal!) to help you reconnect to yourself, your space, and the living world.

When was the last time you sat in reflection? Does it seem like your schedule doesn’t allow for it? Is there resistance or fear or anxiety connected to self reflection, to slowing down and letting go? Take this time now to pause.

What do you love about being alive here on Earth?

Choose one thing that you are grateful for right now. Just one; write about all of the reasons why you have this gratitude. What is the texture, shape, smell of your gratitude for this thing?

Identify where you might be feeling some anxiety or pain in your body. Engage that body area in a conversation. Write about what comes up. Why is the pain there? What does the anxiety need?

Please join us this coming Sunday for our next Thrive: EcoGrief and Anxiety Circle. April 25th from 11am – 12:30pm. Bring your presence, whatever state you may find yourself in. Access the link in our bio.
